Send Us Your Details

Once you’ve filled out the combined form, send it to us along with pictures of the damaged areas. This simplified process ensures we can provide you with an accurate cost estimate for the repair. This helps us give you an accurate cost estimate for the repair. Email everything to jan@adhdsurfboards.com or drop it off in-store.

We’ll review the form and pictures and get back to you with a detailed cost estimate as soon as possible.

From there, we’ll schedule your repair and let you know how long it will take.
